To receive and return the motorcycles you rent through Adı İldiz (“Chico Rental”) smoothly, the following rules must be followed.
1. Delivery Location and Time
The motorcycle you reserved will be delivered to you at our office or at the designated hotel/address (with free/paid options within limits) at the pick-up date and time specified in the reservation phase. It is important to notify us of any potential delays in delivery time.
2. Documents Required During Delivery
In order for you to receive the motorcycle, it is mandatory to have the following documents with you and submit them to our staff:
- A valid driver's license (A1, A2 or A) suitable for the cc (engine size) class of the rented motorcycle.
- A valid ID card or Passport.
- A credit card (must be issued in the driver's name for deposit/provision transactions).
If the documents are missing or do not meet the conditions (age limit, driver's license duration, etc.), the motorcycle will not be delivered and cancellation conditions apply.
3. Motorcycle Condition and Inspection
During delivery, the current condition of the motorcycle (scratches, damages, fuel level, mileage, etc., if any) is recorded in detail on the "Vehicle Delivery Form" and signed by both parties. It is recommended for the renter to inspect the condition when taking delivery and make sure it is recorded on the form.
4. Return Procedure and Time
When the rental period expires, the motorcycle must be returned at the return date, time, and location specified in the contract. During the return, the general condition of the motorcycle (body/fairing, mechanics, fuel, etc.) is checked again by our authorized staff.
- Delay: If the return time is delayed by more than 2 hours, an extra 1-day rental fee may be collected. Please report delay situations in advance.
- Fuel: The motorcycle must be returned at the fuel level it was received. If it is returned with missing fuel, the current fuel cost and a certain service fee will be collected from the renter.
- Damage: If new damages that were not present on the Vehicle Delivery Form are detected during return, the damage cost is charged to the relevant insurance conditions or credit card/deposit block.
5. Early Return
If the motorcycle is returned earlier than the date specified in the contract, the fee for the unused days will not be refunded due to rental campaigns and pricing policies.
